Conditions between today (high of 40 with rain) and what they will be Saturday (below freezing temps for the rest of the week) are going to change. It's an ice bowl. No wimps. No whiners.

Right now all the tee boxes are playable. Clean as can be. There will be water or probably ice to throw over on #2, #3, #4, #17, #18. We will have to keep an eye on the boxes for further removal of precipitation. The forecast is cold from Thursday on which means everything should freeze and be able to walk on without falling through and getting wet. Without the expected cold weather, things looked like they were going to get pretty sloppy. I think the golf Gods were looking down!

*must not whimper or whine about cold weather forecasted for Saturday*... the merch man was hoping he'd be able to stay warm!  I remember how scary my hands looked when trying to count out funny money bills for change *oye*.  At least this year the funny money is different - still going to wish that I could be out there throwing and warming up!

If you are in the lake or creek you are O.B.
numbers 5,6,7,8 on or over road is OB
#7 over fence is OB

There will be a temp hole to the left of #8 over the lake to the pennsula.

you're all good on baskets right, I don't need to bring my chainstar?

I received a check from Disc Golf World made out to Hesed House in the amount of $22.  That's $11 per InnColor Ontario Roc that I paid for.  I'm going to add $5 to that per disc sold (one is for Ron, the other is still available for purchase at $30).  So that means $16 of your $30 is going to Hesed House.  I make about $0.70 per disc on the sale heh.  Both are 180g (sorry Ron, I asked for lighter!)  They look super sweet!

Tee 15 was completely under water yesterday. If it doesnt freeze over and we then cant break it up, do we play the long tee on that hole?

We used old carpet pieces in the winter for tee boxes at Fillmore Park. We had water on over half of our holes there. MUCH COLDER TOO!

We might get 3-6" of snow so we will have to see what happens. But of course this decision will be made by the TD.

The Boss Man Sr. has asked that if people have shovels that they bring one or two to leave at the pads to keep them clean.

Thanks!

If your coming to the Ice Bowl Saturday please throw a shovel in your automobile to bring along. It would be nice to have a shovel at every tee box if we are going to get as much snow as SOME say we are.
