Great turnout today saw some new faces and was witness to Tony Pajot's Personal Best at Eagle Ridge Baby! (THREE DOWN FOR NUMBA TWO).  My group had several runs at Ace's Eric fast back Henrickson was hunting for chains and New face Mike Kutella had several bids at the chains only' to come up short and leave the new ACE POT at One Hundred and Fifty BIGANS!.  Not sure if we will add or start a new pot?  Will talk to our Ambassador's of disc for rulings on that topic.

Overall great disc weather but my discs didn't respond?  Congrats to all that played well.  Very pleased to see the talented players this weekend at Leagues and Tags.  Here are the results in the Sunday extravaganza.

This Sunday at Bag Tags Ballots for 2009 FVMDGC Officials Election will be provided to members.  You will be asked at check in if you would like to participate in the vote and if yes you will be given a ballot and an unmarked envelope.  Please fill out your ballot seal it in the envelope and return it to Christie or Blaine.  When you return your ballot you will be asked to sign a voting log to keep track of votes cast, this will allow us to vote anonymously.  Questions please ask and I strongly encourage everyone to participate.  Good luck to all nominees. Lastly as always Memberships will be available and a paid membership will allow he or she to participate in the election.

Special congrats to me for my personal best today, thank you everyone.  Another special thanks to Mike Kutella who donated a huge prize (kick butt 3'lava lamp) which he put up to comemerate his Ace on hole 10.  I was fortunate to slide a lucky disc into the pole for the most generous gift thanks Mike!  ( My daughter loves it your the coolest ).  Officals 2009 voting update, 15 votes were cast over Saturday and Sunday's events.  Polls will be open at Wednesday's player's meeting come out and bring a friend.

Christie and I were talking about how nice the CTP prize was today.  For next Sunday's bag tag The Schepp's are sponsoring hole #2 CTP with a 15 pound turkey .   Cost for the CTP is free come out and play and win a bird.  Thanks again Mike for the great idea.

Disc golf has been boring lately as I have had the course to myself every time I play the past month.  This year is just not going to be the same.
