It's time to start some ideas for the Ice Bowl. Is Jericho wanting us back or should we go elsewhere? I would love to see one round at Eagle Ridge with a putting contest if they would give us the Civic Center to use for food afterwards. Kendall County food Pantry would have to be the beneficiary as the Civic Center may see that as a positive to let us go forward with that. Surely they would not let us use it for the Hesed House as it's out of the County. There's many members in this club and everyones ideas are welcome for this Ice Bowl. I thought about Yorkville but that course has nothing to offer. Just a thought....  |

Relax, Randy, I know you want to get the ball rolling, but it's been 4 days and it's mid-July. My vote is for Oswego; however, I don't think the park district would let us have a fire pit there. Maybe if we bring really spicy chili it'll balance itself out! I'd miss the over-the-lake temp hole, but I'll get over it.  |

It's early but it takes time to hammer out issues like fires, tents, tee pees, sponsors, signs, food, format, etc.... Would like to see something special this time around. I think I have a live band that would play and free use of VFW hall in Montgomery (2 miles from Eagle Ridge.). These are only ideas but the sooner we hammer out the beneficiary and course details we can start the sponsorship! |

For everyone's information: Carolyn at the civic center is doing some leg work to see if we can have the room inside the civic center for the Ice Bowl. Scott Pitner said he would be interested in merch man if it's inside. Thanks Scott. Anyone else got ideas? Monster anyone? LOL! Blaine, I informed Carolyn of the players meeting. Told her you would get some feedback on dates etc... |

Sign up with Ice Bowl 2013
Fund raising and collections
Keep in touch with other collection members
Fliers to sell the event
Coordinate venue
Coordinate clean up crew if at Civic (Oswego)
Coordinate food
Coordinate CTP's
Coordinate Raffles
Coordinate bathrooms
Create score cards and signage
Put out sponsor signs
tee cleaning crew
5 people working sign in and raffle tables
Score keepers
Registration
Score keepers after round one
Final score keepers
Prize Presenter
Tournament official result announce
Clean up crew!
Gathering of food and money
Check and Balance crew
Schedule drop off check and food
gather people for drop
certify Tournament with Ice!
