Please take the time to fill out a survey. I posted on the Facebook page of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County about installing a coure.  They suggested the survey.

I took a look at the survey.  What section would you put a disc golf course in?  Youth camp?  Also, I think if we're going to make a concerted effort, maybe we should all try and agree on a location?  I personally think the Palos Hills area is large enough to handle it.

Personally, I think Forest Preserves are the way to go for disc golf.  It seems like park districts are running out of available land.  They're also trying to please everyone in their town and we end up competing with sports facilities that make the district money as opposed to us.  Besides, forest preserves are already operating ball golf courses.  I'd love to see a championship-level course with a fence that is pay-to-play.  I'd pay to avoid the chuckers and litter and to play on a well-maintained course.

I used other areas.

I really don't think location is even a factor right now. This is politics and disc golf is not even on the radar. They key is making the insiders aware there is a demand.

Done. Thanks for passing that on Brett. Chicago could really use a course (or twelve.)

Please fill out this survey!
Please take the time to fill out this survey. They have talked about installing a course and disc golf is listed in the survey. It only takes a few minutes.
