BOOM BOOM DISC GOLF!!!

We are looking for help to set up/ tear down and other misc. duties for this year's Ice Bowl. We have a million behind the scene jobs that need to be done, if any of them sound like something you would like to do please help!!!
Here are just a few of the things we always need help with:
Creating a flyer
Creating score cards
set up
tear down
registration
handing out player packs
selling mulligans
selling raffle tickets
setting up scorepointe
greeting players
taking photos
making food for lunch (usually chili)
checking scores
filling out scorecards
fire starter
going out on the road and getting sponsors
building a wall around hole #4 (provided we have snow to do so)
running putting contest at lunch
sorting through and organizing CTP's
documenting winners of various prizes/ raffles
creating temp holes for event
This list represents only a portion of what is needed to make an event run. If any of these sound like it would be something you may enjoy doing, please let let us know and we would be more than happy to have your help. As the saying goes, many hands make light work!!!

 I can do. Shovel snow before or on the day if needed. Bring some cheese,onions, crackers, bowls and spoons for chili. Boxes for the cans goods. Help set up.Some crazy hat or outfit.

I'm sorry that I have been MIA for a while. But I'm back now.
I'd love to help.
Since my schedule is pretty open, I'll keep an eye on the weather and get out to build a wall when the snow permits it.
I'd also like to help with the xtra holes. I have a few questions though; are we doing short and long tees like last year? How many temp holes? I liked the two after #13 or #14 like last year and the "lake" shot like usual. I can keep my basket as a reserve but nobody wants to see a Lightning DB-5 in a tournament.
Also, I had mentioned earlier in the year that I read an article in DGW about other Ice Bowls. One TD said he sets up hula hoops on some holes, if your shot goes through the hoop, you get a stroke taken OFF your score! I thought it sounded pretty fun and would love to set a few up the day of if we're cool with it. I was thinking left of the righty-hyzer blocking wall on #4, and inbetween the two trees on #16.
I'll also help out wherever necessary morning, noon and night.

I plan on bringing chili, lots of it.
I will help sell mulligans & raffle tickets during registration. Will mulligans be on sale after the first round?

If things go as planned and we have a good amount of snowfall before the Ice Bowl, would anyone with a snow blower like to donate their time to clear a path down the middle of all the fairways? Don't all answer at once now.
