On May 24, 2008 the Fox Valley Metro Disc Golf Club held the Veterans Tournament at Eagle Ridge Disc Golf Course in Oswego. The event raised $1,889 to aid the Veterans. |

On February 21, 2009 the Fox Valley Metro Disc Golf Club held the 3rd Annual Jericho Lake Ice Bowl in Aurora. The event raised $2,000 and over 100 lbs of food which was donated to the Hesed House in Aurora. |
